Hey you, keep going!: Keep Going !
Hey you, keep going!: Keep Going !: KEEP GOING. WHEREVER YOU ARE RIGHT NOW. The more we get older; the more we tend to be confused, but please keep on going. Move for...
Keep Going !
KEEP GOING. WHEREVER YOU ARE RIGHT NOW.
The more we get older; the more we tend to be confused, but please keep on going. Move forward. Pick up the pieces. Dream again. Believe again. Have faith. Have courage. Things will be alright. Be full of hope. Live. Choose life. Speak blessings. Pray. Travel the world. Love yourself. Be gentle and kind. Fight. Don't give up. Be determined. You are not alone.
Yes, I am talking to you. Keep going.
We are in the same boat my friend. We may not be having the same name or struggles in life but I am with you.
I am having a break from a stressful circular world and I ended up reading the book of Ecclesiastes yesterday. So, I hope that you will find time to read it too. It is life changing.
I want to be honest with you my friend. I do have pending works to do. I have struggles and fears in my heart and my mind is cluttered with so many thoughts, and to do lists to finish. I found myself too busy and haven't done anything. So, I decided to take a break, a sip of coffee, exercise, listen to old hymns, eating chips, staying at my friends house, watching movies, had a massage, sketching designs, played guitar, and here.. writing.. I just miss this moment. I hope you will find time to drop everything and just do the things that you love my friend.
I checked with Dr. Google, what is the mystery of these words, "Keep going", means, this is his answer.
To make an effort to live normally when in difficult situation. Wow. This is so precised!. It is not easy, but we have to make an effort. There might be things that needs to be changed or was changed. There might be people who left, because of the change, but my friend, keep going.
Live with a purpose. As I am writing these right now, I am also talking to myself. Many times, I have been living my life and so excited to what it brings and ended up, standing in the same ground. Everything that I have worked hard for were gone. Why? I do things without wisdom and purpose that comes the Lord.
And then I crossed to this amazing verse from the book of Ecclesiastes.
Ecclesiastes 2:11
Yet when I surveyed all that my hands had done
and what I had toiled to achieve,
everything was meaningless, a chasing after the wind;
nothing was gained under the sun.
and what I had toiled to achieve,
everything was meaningless, a chasing after the wind;
nothing was gained under the sun.
Ecclesiastes 2:26
To the person who pleases him, God gives wisdom, knowledge and happiness, but to the sinner he gives the task of gathering and storing up wealth to hand it over to the one who pleases God. This too is meaningless, a chasing after the wind.
These scriptures are just one of the best explanations why we toil and ended up chasing the winds. This is inspired by the Holy Spirit and was written by the King Solomon, the wisest man alive.
What I have grasps from these scriptures is that, we need to work hard and do our best, but we always include God as the center of it. For no matter how hard we work and have money, we don't have the wisdom, knowledge and happiness that comes from the father, then, everything is just nothing. If you are going to read through the whole book, you will be enlightened on what is the meaning of life. I want you to read it now. Let God speak to your hearts my friend and be transformed by the renewing of your mind through His Word.
In everything give thanks. May it be struggles or you're maybe in the cloud 9 in your life right now. Let us not forget to thank God. In our struggles, we will see miracles and that is one of the moments where we truly seek God. We are so desperate to find the answer and to get out from that specific situation. I can say this, because I was been there my friend. That struggles led me closer to God. That moment was one of the most unforgettable encounter that I had with Jesus. I was so desperate to find rest in His presence as I was so tired racing in this life. He is the only one who changed the way I see life. And of course, let us not forget God in the days of abundance. We thank Him and use that moment to share to others what He has done so that He will be glorified. By this, we will be able to understand life and able to keep our feet on the ground as we reflect God's goodness.
Give. Maybe right now, you are tired of giving everything that you can offer in life my friend. Giving so much love and not getting in return. Giving so much help and not acknowledged. Giving so much time and ended up being left. Don't be too tired to give. There is always more in giving than receiving. You may not see it right now, but time will come, you will reap what you sow..But always keep something for yourself. Love yourself. Give yourself the best that you can in this life as well. Live a balance life my friend. Give it to those whom God told you to give.
Forgive. My friend, I know it is hard. I was there before, but eventually I did it! I get over it!Please give yourself a favor, release all the negative energy and hatred in your heart. It is too consuming. Don't let circumstances or people take away your joy. your peace. your freedom. your life. Don't. It is your life to live, you have a choice, and you have the right to be happy. Forgive as fast as you can. Not by our own strength, but by His grace, we can forgive.
In every battle in life. Pray.
Life has its own season. Be Patient.
God has the answer. Seek God.
Love is everywhere. Start with yourself.
There is no impossible with God. Trust Him.
God can make a crooked path straight. Surrender.
SEEK GOD. LIVE WELL. It will come to pass. Keep Going, my friend.

A Mother's Daughter
Ephesians 6: 1-3
6 Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.
2 Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise;
3 That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.
My Parents :)
I wanted to take this opportunity to share to the world my roots; my parents.
My mother is a retired government employee under the Department of Justice (DOJ), Philippines. She was once a stenographer and an administrative aide, On the other hand, my father is a full time farmer and a deacon in our church. We are four siblings in our family, and I have a twin brother, an older sister and an older brother.
I am currently residing at the State of Qatar, and I have been away since I decided to embrace independence.
We are not like the typical OFW family who skype and call everyday, And there were many days, I am wishing that I can just see them everyday. As time goes by.. I don't know, I came to a point where I get used to be alone and not lonely. I am totally get used to my independence, but dependent to my creator.
I wanted to thank God and share to the world how amazing my parents are. I believe that they are the perfect parents that God has given me, and without their love and guidance, it is so impossible to be where and what I am right now. REALLY.
These are the wisdom that I grasp from them, and applying in my life:
1. Not giving up. In life's trials, every time I feel like I want to give up. I just can't. Simply because, they never gave up on me. I witnessed it many times,
2. Pray. One of the things that they keep on reminding me even until now. That God answers prayer and He hears my plea. They even intercedes with my prayer and even though we are miles away, like God, it keeps us connected.
3. Work hard. I was not born with a gold spoon in my mouth. But I have seen the hardship of my parents just to let us finish our studies and not even experiencing any promissory note. We are so well provided, just enough for our daily needs.
I remember my mother selling vegetables and anything after her office work, during weekends, and not even buying anything for herself just to meet our needs. I was there sitting beside her, amidst all the stinky smell in the market place and the place was so dirty. She always keep on reminding me , NOT TO BE SHAMED TO DO DIRTY WORKS, AS LONG AS IT IS LEGAL.
4. Justice. I learned that there is a justice in everything that we do. There is a judge in the heavens who sees everything that we are doing. So just always do what is right before God and men.
5. Freedom. This is one of the most amazing things that I have grasp from them. Freedom, to be who I am, and not living under anyone's shadow.
They give me freedom to choose and live. It is so difficult to live a life you are not, because of this life's pressure and constant change. But they just let me be me, they let me just fulfill my dreams and do the things that I love to do. And I am truly grateful.
6. Be Responsible. That in everything that I do, there is always a consequence that I have to face. So I need to be responsible enough, even in the little things.
7. Faith. I have seen their faith as I grew up and I have seen them struggling with their faith as well. But, either that faith was enough or not. It never leave them. And indeed, faith is something that we cannot buy at the store, it is a gift from God, it can move mountains.
8. Keep friends. My parents just let me find my own set of friends ever since. They love my friends as well. And it is so amazing because I had a close tie with my friends with them.
9. Be a witness. My father always keep on telling me this. I it took me years to understand and have the courage to witness to people who Jesus is. This is one of the best gift that I have received from them. I realized that I don't need the validation of people to do so. I just need to do it, and it will come to pass.
10. Live. Living a life is very difficult without a vision. goal. light. No matter how a person wants to acquire the most expensive pleasurable life in this world. Relying in our own strength to live is like chasing the wind. Meaningless it is. I found the meaning of life and that is with Jesus.
LIVE like it is the last. You give your best to everything that you do. You live seeking Jesus, so that you will bring impact to people. There might be kiosk and struggles; rest assured, life is brighter.
I love my parents so much. :)
